Account Director

We're hiring

We’re looking for an Account Director to join our team. Working closely with the Agency Director, you oversee the management and growth of Bozboz's new and existing web clients.

You will play a key role in shaping the Bozboz customer experience, developing important and meaningful relationships with our clients, and giving them the focus and energy they deserve. 

As a self motivated member of the team, your days will be full of variety, working across an exciting range of sectors, including music and arts, hospitality, live entertainment, fashion and food & beverage. Utilising your commercial awareness, strategic thinking and in-depth knowledge of website technologies, you will spot growth opportunities, facilitate discovery workshops, and provide solutions that help our clients reach their goals.

You will be able to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders and have a strong understanding of website projects. A keen eye for detail, a passion for closing opportunities and excellent people skills are essential for success in this role.


Your key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Overseeing the development of all client relationships with rigorous and detailed attention to client needs.

  • Developing and maintaining a commercially driven strategic approach to client retention and growth.

  • Facilitating client meetings and discovery workshops to underpin design and technical requirements for website projects.

  • Playing an active role in the definition and documenting of website projects.

  • Maintaining expert knowledge of Bozboz's services so they can be clearly and effectively communicated to both new and existing clients.

  • Collaborating with the wider team to identify growth opportunities.

  • Regularly reviewing and reporting on key accounts.

  • Providing a point of escalation for all client accounts.


The ideal candidate

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar agency role.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness.

  • Highly organised and detail focussed, with the ability to traverse across multiple accounts.

  • A proven track record of growing new and existing client accounts.

  • Experience defining the requirements of website projects. 

  • An expert knowledge of current web technologies and CMS platforms (in particular WordPress and Shopify).

  • Experience working with a multi disciplined digital team.

  • Experience of using CRM systems.

  • Good knowledge of digital marketing processes.

  • Experience working with project management systems.

Hybrid working

The majority of our team work 2 days from home and 3 days from our Hove office each week. We also have regular in person meetings with clients, which may require you to travel to their place of business. We understand the importance of flexibility, and are happy to discuss your individual needs.
