We are searching for a Creative Director to lead on the look, tone and feel of Pebblebeach’s direct mail appeals and campaigns, helping raise vital funds for some wonderful causes. This is a new, senior role within our team; our ideal candidate will be imaginative and ambitious with proven accomplishments in their own specialty, particularly when it comes to writing copy. You’ll be able to build a team of in‐house and freelance creatives that aren’t afraid to innovate, while maintaining fantastic relationships with our charity partners.
You will generate the ideas and 'hooks' for many of our fundraising appeals, offering visual, tone and copy direction and a steady hand throughout each project. That’s why prior success in a similar role is essential. You’ll understand direct mail and fundraising creative – perhaps with an agency background; but a senior role within a charity, with experience of managing agencies, would also be valuable. You’ll be a willing team player, a flexible thinker and eager to play a pivotal role within Pebblebeach and get to know some of the UK and Ireland’s most amazing fundraising folk.
