Ecommerce & Product Co-Ordinator
An integral part of the team, the Ecommerce & Product Co-Ordinator will be a key part of our business, and we’re looking for someone with a willingness to learn in providing administrative support for the business. The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, process driven and a real team player.
Requirements:
Product Coordination
- Coordinate the process for product launches & product modifications, working with all departments to make sure changes & launches are carried out accurately, on time and well communicated
- Maintain and look after our product database, price lists & associated resources
- Work with our product team to assist with product certifications & other product related administration
Ecommerce
- Assist with website content: upload new products, amend website copy, upload homepage banners and blog posts, survey creation & discount codes
- Assisting with generating test routines and carrying out testing of website functionality, and reporting any anomalies as a result of performing test routines
- Administrating web portals of differing sales channels
- Assist with the growth of marketplace sales using Channel Advisor software
- Assist with the administration for export sales
The successful candidate will also need to assist when needed with customer queries electronically and on the phones.
Qualifications and Experience
- You'll definitely need to have energy, attention to detail and an interest in digital. We can teach you everything else!
- Desirable to have experience with Shopify, CRMs, Amazon & Channel Advisor
- Desirable to have experience of export administration
- Excellent organisational, analytical and computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong learning capabilities, agility and a consumer focus mind-set are crucial to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail, methodical and great time management skills
- A team player with a pro-active mindset alongside a positive, can-do attitude
- A keen interest in beauty and a good understanding of beauty retailers and consumers a plus
