One Product Manager Optimisation and the other is for a Product Manager - New Product Development.

About the role
The Product Manager is responsible for performance and optimisation of the 15gifts platform and delivering 15gifts business goals.
They work with the team to define and deliver a roadmap that best achieves the optimisation team goals.
Working in close collaboration with the data, UXD, customer success, development and operations team to both understand highest performance optimisation opportunities and plan for the discovery and validation of prioritised hypotheses.
The Product Manager will understand how to harness input from a variety of disciplines to best shape and improve our product.
The person we’re looking for
We are looking for a confident and experienced optimisation product manager who has proven experience of delivering against commercial goals and strategic outcomes.
This is a high profile role working with a cross-functional team with a remit to ensure improvement in product performance for our global high profiles customers and build performance understanding into the core platform.
It is essential that this individual is confident working with data and data scientists as well as sprint teams and has the ability to harness inputs from a variety of sources both internal and external.

Experience leading optimisation teams

Obsessed with data and how it impacts products

Proven experience with experimentation and A/B testing

Proven experience of improving KPI product metrics

Experience in leading product discovery / design sprints

Providing clear commercial direction

Ensuring all work aligns to commercial goals

Feeding insights/visibility back into the product team and business

Understanding the products our partners sell, identifying the key differentiators that resonate with their customers

Working with Data, Design, and UX teams to improve our existing products and define new products and features

Creating and prioritising good quality tickets in the dev team’s product backlog

Performing market and competitor analysis to keep ahead of the curve

Understanding how to read, predict and influence customer behaviour by keeping up to date with consumer psychology
Skills and experience

3+ years Experience leading optimisation teams

Demonstrable experience of defining and delivering against commercial KPI’s

Proven experience with experimentation and A/B testing

Proven experience of improving KPI product metrics

Proven experience of managing a team to achieve business outcomes
