We have asked ourselves, do we really need a digital social media padawan? 

To be honest, we don’t know. After all, we are approached every 15 seconds by someone somewhere in the world, guaranteeing a 10X return on every penny we give them. But that isn’t us. We are people people and would love to work with someone inside the team.

So, who or what are we looking for (maybe)?

Well, dog-obsessed is a good start. Probably a junior PPC specialist (as we can’t afford more!) to join our team and help us drive success through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. And help make content. Perhaps?

As a junior PPC specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing paid advertising campaigns with ridiculous ROI targets across various social media channels. You’ll work closely with our extensive team of two to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, leads, and sales. You’ll also be responsible for analysing data and reporting on campaign performance. Email engagement and other outreach is all on the table as well.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms. You should be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and have a proven track record of creating successful campaigns. Experience with PPC and ad management tools is a plus.
