The Role

If you’re a talented WordPress developer, with a minimum of 5 years commercial experience, then this could be the role for you. We are looking for someone who can assist the team in building bespoke WordPress websites created by our design and development teams. You should be keen to learn every stage of development implementation and supporting global organisations with infrastructures. You will get to work on a wide range of projects that include the following:

• Multi-country websites in multiple languages
• WordPress Single & Multi-sites
• Development and implementation
• Problem solving and support
• Bespoke projects for small businesses to global corporations

• Organised, professional and methodical work approach
• Must have great attention to detail (we are called Flawless after all!)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Must work well as part of a team
• Ability to manage your own time effectively 
• A great problem solver
• Excellent communication skills
• A willingness to learn new skills

Technical Skills - Required

• WordPress development
• HTML, HTML5, CSS3, PHP
• JQuery and JavaScript (ES6)
• Competent with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
• Experience using a UI framework/library e.g. Bootstrap
• Version control systems e.g. GitHub
• Experience using Browserstack or other similar testing tools
• Familiar with DRY coding practice
• Website optimisation

Technical Skills - Desirable

• Experience with Gulp
• Animation using code based tools
• SEO best practices and use of Lighthouse
• Have used Adobe XD/Figma/Sketch

Technical Skills - Exposure to:

• Headless/detached CMS systems
• Accessibility implimentation
• Javascript Library e.g. Angular
