You
This role would suit an ambitious graduate or higher-level educated candidate with preferably a minimum of 3 years' experience. We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and is self-motivated and enjoys working on multiple different projects. You like to take the initiative and have a creative mindset. Experience working in Financial Services is a big plus but not essential.
The Role
The marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join the team in Hove on this exciting opportunity. The person will be involved in all marketing activities and interactions of the business across all forms of communication and execute a range of different campaigns. The role is heavily targeted at B2C marketing activities and we are looking for someone who is comfortable using a wide marketing mix such as email marketing, website management, and social media and has a good eye for design.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all email marketing to clients and set up automation, create reports and analysis
- Oversee social media accounts and content creation for all social media channels
- Website management including editing, updating and SEO optimisation
- Assist in planning and delivery of events (mainly webinars) for clients or prospects
- Creating online collateral such as brochures, flyers and fact sheets
- Work on targeted campaigns to support the retention of clients and generate new business
- Undertake any other duties as requested by Senior Management such as preparation of reports, presentations, sales aids, and other marketing material.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong command of written and spoken English with experience of editing, proofreading and excellent copywriting skills
- Good eye for design layout and knowledge of graphic design tools/editing software such as Canva PRO for social media and simple design jobs
- Experience working with Email Marketing software such as Mailchimp, experience working with marketing automation is a big plus but not a must
- Experience working with and editing CMS such as WordPress or similar
- Be digitally savvy and have an interest in automation and optimising manual processes
- Enjoy working on several projects and being able to manage projects from start to finish.
