Experienced PHP & JavaScript developer

If so, we would love to hear from you! We’ve been around for just over 10 years and are currently a team of 13, mainly software engineers. We’re looking for a new member of the team to help us grow the business more quickly.

You should:

• have relevant and demonstrable commercial programming experience in PHP and JavaScript
• be highly motivated with the ability and willingness to guide and mentor your junior colleagues
• have an open mind and a flexible approach to work
• be happy working in a team, but also able to just get your head down and code
• contribute to the smooth day-to-day administration of a project

It would be great if you have experience of:

• WordPress, Laravel, Magento
• React, Next.js
• SQL and noSQL databases
• API integrations
• Git version control
• Pipeline deployments
• SASS and Gulp

As part of our small, dynamic and energetic team you’ll have the opportunity to contribute at all levels as well as nurture your own interests – whether that’s server-side JavaScript, releasing a WordPress plugin to the community, or developing an idea for an app or a service based on Artificial Intelligence techniques. Whatever piques your interest, we want to help feed this curiosity so that you and we are always learning. To give you a chance to experiment and develop your own ideas, Friday afternoons are reserved for “Lab time”.
