Social Media Freelancer

Midnight is seeking an experienced social media freelancer for a 1-2 month period, with the opportunity to extend. We are an established, award-winning PR and content agency with a specialism in B2B, looking for a social media whizz to support our Digital Lead and PR teams with engaging, impactful content.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ B2B experience in caption writing, campaign management, content planning, idea generation, creative brief management for social graphics, and community management.

Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling B2B captions for social media posts
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar
  • Generate new and innovative ideas for social media content
  • Manage creative briefs for social graphics
  • Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Engage with the online community and respond to enquiries

Requirements:

  • 3 years of B2B experience in social media caption writing, campaign management, content planning, idea generation, creative brief management for social graphics, and community management
  • Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to generate new and innovative ideas for social media content
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ideally available to work three days a week (though there is flexibility with this)
  • Able to work from our central Hove office

There is the possibility to join the team on a permanent payroll basis for the right candidate.
