A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Marketing Manager

Since 2007, we’ve built an excellent reputation for delivering high quality and comprehensive training in medicines administration to various social and health care settings across the UK.

There are 5 of us based in our office in Shoreham-by-Sea. It’s a relaxed and informal atmosphere as we know a happy team is a productive team. We also work from home (when we need to concentrate!)

About you:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the entire marketing process from raising awareness through PR and content to converting online bookings.

The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years+ hands-on experience in general and digital marketing, CRM and PR.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Tracking results and managing the marketing channels through the management of Google Analytics

• Taking ownership of the entire marketing funnel from driving awareness to converting leads

• Driving traffic to the website, managing content and improving online conversions

• Managing the CRM process by sending automated emails to nurture leads and generating new course recommendations for existing clients

• Seeking out speaking and PR opportunities get obtain press coverage

• Analysing marketing performance to understand what activity is generating tangible commercial results.

We are happy to offer flexible working both in terms of hours and location (can you spend some days in the office and some days working from home if that suits). We are also happy to discuss which hours would suit us both and can be flexible with this.
