About the role
The CRO Manager is responsible for performance and optimisation of the 15gifts platform and delivering the highest possible KPI uplift for customers. They work with the team to define and deliver an experimentation roadmap that best achieves the CRO team goals. The CRO Manager will understand how to harness input from a variety of disciplines to best shape and improve our product.
The person we’re looking for
We are looking for an experienced conversion rate optimisation manager who has proven experience of delivering against commercial goals and strategic outcomes. It is essential that this individual is confident working with data and data scientists as well as sprint teams and has the ability to harness inputs from a variety of sources both internal and external.
You’ll be responsible for

Own and develop the customer journey – through analysis and insight you will be building a holistic view of the customers behaviours and constantly looking for areas to improve the digital journey

Define and manage the end-to-end optimization roadmap and strategy – planning, implementing, prioritisation and measurement

Running and measuring A/B tests, always identifying areas of opportunity

Being the go-to expert for the product, inside and outside 15gifts

Ensuring insights/visibility back into the product best practice and relevant supporting business processes

Understanding the products our partners sell, identifying the key differentiators that resonate with their customers

Working with Data, Design, and UX teams to improve our existing products and define new products and features

Creating and prioritising stories that meet DoR and managing the product backlog

Performing market and competitor analysis to keep ahead of the curve

Understanding how to read, predict and influence customer behaviour by keeping up to date with consumer psychology
Skills and experience
-
3+ years Experience leading a conversion optimisation team
-
High levels of drive, enthusiasm, and energy
-
Consistently challenges and raises the bar on business and team performance.

Commercially minded, with a strong ‘results led’ focus

Proven experience of improving KPI product and delivering against commercial metrics

Experience in leading product discovery / design sprints
-
Strong analytical skills and comfortable working at a detailed level when needed
