As we embark on the next stage of our ambitious journey of rapid growth, we are looking for a Product Owner to define and deliver our innovative roadmap.

About the role 

We are looking for an experienced, resourceful Product Owner to join our growing team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our products and deliver an exciting roadmap of initiatives.  

We are a small team, scaling fast. As Product Owner you would have the opportunity to shape our products and delivery team as we grow.  

As part of the role, you would: 

  • Take the lead on turning the business vision into a deliverable roadmap  

  • Collaborate with our clients and internal team to drive and define the launch of new features and products 

  • Own the product backlog  

  • Lead on sprint planning, refinement and agile ceremonies 

  • Complete user acceptance testing on all releases 

  • Own product communication to key stakeholders  

  • Engage clients to gather feedback and understand UX requirements  

  • Work with our development and commercial team to plan how we evolve to scale with the business  

 

Your experience 

We are looking for a mid-level Product Owner with a positive attitude and a desire to learn. You’ll have a solid grasp of strategy, requirements gathering, sprint management and release planning. 

 

Ideally you would: 

  • Have experience owning a product roadmap and thrive on seeing your ideas turned into action 

  • Be a team player who enjoys collaboration 

  • Be a creative thinker, driven to solve the needs of our clients and internal team 

  • Have experience with data products 

  • Experience in balancing multiple priorities whilst ensuring business value is optimised 

  • Be an active listener, able to gather and interpret user needs into requirements 

  • Experience leading product communication to commercial stakeholders 

  • Able to communicate clearly with a technical and non-technical audience 

  • Have a "Certified Scrum Product Owner" certification (scrumalliance.org or similar) 

 

It would be a bonus if you: 

  • Have experience in QA and testing using manual testing documents and no/low code automated tools (Cypress.io or similar) 

  • Have experience with compliance and auditing (we adhere to ISO27001 change management)
