The role

We are seeking ambitious, hard-working, and enthusiastic Paid Media Executives, with no previous experience required (although a relevant internship or PPC experience is a plus).

*This role will require you to be in our office in central Brighton 5 days a week and transport to and from the Brighton office should be considered. Once your probation has been passed, we are happy for you to work from home 2 days per week.

The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, a highly analytical mindset, be comfortable with Excel, and like day-to-day challenges.

Working with a wide range of different clients/industries you will be responsible for day-to-day PPC account management and optimisations with a focus on targets, including ROAS, ROI and CPA.

You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. As a junior, you will need to be a quick learner with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and be happy to take on board constructive feedback and use it to improve.

You will be highly organised with excellent time-management skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel is essential.

You must be confident in maths and data crunching and will be working in Excel and PowerPoint on a day-to-day basis.

You will spot trends and insights and deliver learnings to clients that have a real impact on the success of their business. You will also support in clients’ meetings and calls.
