Addmustard is a brand, marketing and technology agency for entrepreneurs.
From world-class research, creative, marketing, data and customer technology, we help our clients join up their brand, marketing, and technology to build tangible value in their businesses.
We are a team of 50 brilliant brand, marketing and technology experts: a core in-house team based in Soho, London. And another in Brighton, Sussex. Supported by a network of specialists from around the world.
And who exactly are we looking for?
We’re looking for a flourishing Junior Designer to join our extraordinary creative team. Probably a recent graduate or someone who has 1-2 years’ experience in a graphic design related role, but who either way has a breath-taking and impressive portfolio of professional or personal projects that will knock us off our feet.
Guided by our Creative Director and Senior Designers, you will be part of an award-winning team who will help develop and hone your skills across a wide range of creative disciplines, from website and app design, to the development of a massive spectrum of brands, from start-ups to global, entrepreneurial businesses. You will support the design and execution of creative marketing campaigns, alongside a number of key responsibilities including creation of still and moving social ads, UX and UI work across web pages, apps and email campaigns, assisting with brand work; including creation of mood boards through to brand guidelines and branded collateral, and amplifying the look and feel of our proposals and presentations.
You will be encouraged to collaborate with the wider team of strategists, planners, tech, marketing and data analysts on a variety of creative projects, contributing ideas and opinions on everything from logo designs to innovative ways of displaying website content and visualising a brand message. Working alongside a team who are bloody good at what they do, you will be mentored and trained on the job, and challenged to develop your skills rapidly.
Our portfolio comprises a number of entrepreneurial businesses and high growth brands executing ground-breaking campaigns across all marketing channels, so our ideal candidate will thrive when juggling multiple projects, always delivering results on time and to exceptional quality.
