E-commerce Customer Service Assistant

POSITION - E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

5 DAYS PER WEEK / 36hrs

PERMANENT

START DATE: IMMEDIATE

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant for our online women's clothing business. The role will involve dealing with all customer queries & issues via email, online chat and telephone. Also, assisting the E-commerce & marketing team with the day-to-day functioning of the website. The role is located at our office in Kemptown, Brighton, UK. E-commerce experience is welcomed but not essential.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service - answering customer emails/phone calls and queries
  • Working with other members of the E-commerce team to ensure our website is functioning efficiently
  • Liaising with our 3rd party warehouse in regard to customer deliveries and returns
  • Corresponding with our PR team & sending out styles to influencers/bloggers
  • Processing returns

You will need to have:

  • Fluent language skills required in English; you must speak and write fluently
  • Customer service experience is welcome but not essential
  • Be a team player, organised and a good multitasker
  • Be reliable and consistent
  • Flexible attitude and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent eye for detail
