Account Executive (Internship)

Three-month paid internship with possibility of permanent position for an excellent candidate. Minimum 25 hours per week, rising to 35 hours per week as required/ preferred. £10.90 per hour (Brighton Living Wage).

We’re a highly successful charity fundraising agency and consultancy with bases in Brighton and Belfast. We work with charities across the UK and Republic of Ireland creating fantastic campaigns that deliver astonishing results.

Your role with Pebblebeach will be to support our team to respond to the needs of our clients – and deliver brilliant fundraising appeals. You’ll work with our accounts team, support our new business work and help deliver our external marketing activity. You will be busy from the first day and no day will be the same; you won’t get bored!

We hope this introductory role – with the same benefits as our permanent team – can be a stepping stone for the right candidate into a permanent contract. We have a strong track record of developing new talent within the charity sector.

A bit about you…

You’re good with people – a confident talker, an expert listener and happy to communicate with others from all walks of life. You’re happy managing complex workloads – and multi-tasking within a busy office environment. You’ll love charities and understand the benefits they bring to communities. And, importantly, you’ll be excited to dig in and learn the ropes of a full-service fundraising agency.

Experience of working in administration, fundraising or the third sector would be great (but not essential). What’s most important is that you’re a willing team player – a flexible thinker who is excited about making progress within the Pebblebeach team.

We’re offering an initial three-month contract, with the potential to graduate to a long- term role.
