We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Business Development team. This role is focused on membership recruitment and retention along with promotion of supporting services.  The ideal candidate will have sales experience in a b2b environment with an evidenced history of success. Customer service is an integral part of the role and building positive relationships with our members is crucial.

About the Job

We need a motivated individual to:

  • Drive growth of membership subscribers
  • Manage subscriber renewals
  • Recover downgraded subscribers
  • Increase uptake of partner services by subscribers
  • The creation, development and delivery of customer recruitment and retention campaigns
  • Identifying areas of product development to enhance subscription package
  • Internal presentations on performance
