Who we are

We are specialists in providing library and information management systems for businesses across the UK. Our clients include lawyers and professional firms, government bodies, colleges, charities, institutes, associations and large and small corporates.

We build systems using Microsoft Access and SQL with VBA, ASP and Javascript user interfaces.

What we do

We take a fresh approach to library and information management systems, and are driven by what customers tell us they need. We do away with the traditional divide between serials and monographs and go beyond that harness all forms of information in one system. Your users benefit from a browser based one stop search interface to all library holdings, with links to online and digital resources or documents and information on your network.

Systems for small, medium and special libraries are our forte. We believe we offer a quality system, packed with time saving features and functionality which matches higher priced systems without the complexity. We publish our prices and don’t come at you with a hard sell. You build up the system you require from our flexible yet integrated modules.

We use Microsoft’s database platforms, which mean your data is not locked into a proprietary database that only your supplier can unlock. This keeps costs down for you and also means it is open to integration with other systems in your organisation.

We have the resources to meet deadlines and manage implementations smoothly, while ensuring that you are well cared for and stay informed on progress.
