Job Description:

We're now recruiting for an Account Manager - a crucial role in the delivery of excellent results and service for our roster of clients.

The successful applicant must be passionate about the ever-changing world of online marketing, be able to keep a roster of clients happy and communicate superbly both internally and externally. We foster a fun and creative environment, but we are fast-paced and need an applicant that can deliver to demanding deadlines. The candidate will have a do-what-it-takes attitude and be a self-starter.

You will be working in a fun and lively office, where there is rarely a dull moment, and be part of a growing agency with a client list that includes a number of household names.

Skills Range:
  • Setting and monitoring service level criteria
  • Managing a positive relationship with clients
  • Showing Cobb Digital in a positive light at all times
  • Fixing any concerns clients have with campaign performance
  • Educating the client where necessary
  • Keeping the client fully up-to-date on campaign progress
  • Managing the expectations of each client through your understanding of digital marketing theory and communicating by telephone, email and face-to-face meetings
  • Asking happy clients for referrals to new businesses
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of each client's business targets, objectives, challenges and business strategy
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry your clients operate in
  • Ensuring all client work is correctly planned out and allocated in Tempora two months in advance
  • Managing any changes necessary in Tempora
  • Using Tempora to effectively track and report on the margin and delivery of all client campaigns
  • Using Tempora data to track and manage any over-service on client campaigns
  • Effectively managing the amount of over-service required to win increased fee at an acceptable ROI
  • Ensuring all work is delivered on time to all clients
  • Managing all work required from our clients to ensure timely delivery of our campaigns
  • Working with the discipline teams to ensure all campaigns planned for clients hit target and provide demonstrable benefit to their roles and business
  • Agreeing all KPIs with clients for every campaign and ensuring they are correctly tracked and reported on, on a regular basis
  • Working with your team to accurately budget for any third party or media expenses that might be needed throughout the length of the campaign
  • Managing all invoicing and POs raised for every campaign
  • Keeping track of performance against KPIs at all times and proactively recommending fixes to any slip in performance
  • Ensuring every client has a comprehensive campaign planner and status report to track progress and delivery of work
  • Ensuring all clients have informative KPI reports with actionable insight that are sent on time every month
  • Including relevant knowledge on status calls and within status reports to reinforce Cobb Digtal's expert status and help campaign decisions
  • Recording all time spent on client or Cobb Digital in Tempora
