With established offices in Sheffield and Warwick & Sussex we are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager to add to our ever-expanding office based in Burgess Hill. 

Job Description:

An Account Manager at award-winning digital marketing & web design agency Bluesky interactive is responsible for the management of a dedicated group of client accounts, and continuing the high levels of service our clients have come to expect.

This is a proactive and exciting role with great scope for an engaged and dynamic Account Management candidate!

Supported by a Account Executive, the Account Manager will be responsible for driving their clients forward digitally, providing advice and guidance to allow clients to meet objectives. The successful candidate will be expected to meet a number of performance measures, including client satisfaction, and to be proactive and client-focused.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an Account Management or Account Executive position, including face-to-face client contact and management. Knowledge and experience within Digital Marketing will be expected, and automotive knowledge will be a distinct advantage (though not essential). They will be articulate, highly organised , have a great eye for detail and preferably educated to degree level, with excellent MS Office Skills and strong Google Analytics experience.

Skills Range:
  • Responsible for communications with their clients via telephone and e-mail
  • Carry out face to face client reviews, which will include the preparation of presentation material prior to the meeting
  • Provide regular performance analysis of Digital Marketing and make further recommendations
  • Be the conduit between the client and Bluesky Interactive Team, providing strong team representation and exceeding client expectations at every opportunity

Have a clear understanding of Bluesky Interactive’s capabilities and services and communicate all offerings to clients effectively
Liaise with the creative department to meet the needs of the client within company procedure
Feel confident managing their Account Executive to drive their personal development and ensure excellent levels of service

Person Specification:
  • Confident, positive and friendly
  • Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
  • Needs to have a full UK driving licence and be flexible to occasionally work late or start early
  • Be highly organised
  • Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Needs to be able to use all Internet browsers. Knowledge of CSS, HTML etc is useful.
  • Skills in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics will be appreciated, alongside proofreading experience and functional knowledge of key digital marketing mediums (i.e. SEO, PPC)
