We're a team of 9 with a big mission - To be the Earth's best Digital Lead Generation agency.

We also want to help other agency owners.

In May 2018 we launched an in-house, high ticket education programme, teaching other PPC agencies how to grow a ‘Cost Per Lead’ lead generation agency (rather than work with retainer contracts). We now have 125 students, and plan to grow this number to 1000 by the end of 2019.

Job Description:

A great ground floor opportunity to join a digital lead generation agency based in central Hove as an Adwords Manager.

We need someone with at least 3 years experience within Google Adwords Platform - lead generation, not e-commerce.

You need to have experience spending at least £50K per month on ads, on behalf of your previous clients.

We have a video team and plan to invest time and money into Youtube Pre-roll ads, especially for our education programme. You can see one of our pre-roll ads here: https://youtu.be/Cfv9m0CfOXg

So, if you want to manage £2m+ per annum of ad spend via our lead generation websites
and have free reign to test new strategies without having to deal with a 'client' or a 'marketing manager' then this job is for you.

Are you up for that?

 

Some pre-requisites include;

  • At least 3 years experience with the Google Adwords platform (lead generation, NOT e-commerce). We are after someone with exceptional search experience.
  • YouTube pre-roll ads and Display Network skills, again in lead generation Data Analysis – finding ‘stories’ in data from Google Analytics and advertising platforms
  • Using Microsoft excel to communicate those ‘stories’
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, mainly Google Adwords:
  • Manage and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage large keyword lists.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

We are also looking to implement scripts via automation software (bid management etc).

You will need expert experience, but you will also be trained on the job.

If you know your way around a bit of code, even better.

 
Person Specification:

You will need to be a team player first and foremost. Perhaps a bit geeky. Love numbers.

But also willing to have a few beers with us on Fridays. I wouldnt say we are the coolest hipsters on the planet, but we do like to actually talk to each other, believe it or not.

If you are a good person who respects others and can have a bit of banter as well, then you will be fine.

Additional Information:

There will be a 3 month probation period. You will also be required to audit one of our accounts as a test task.
