Job Description:

Kineo's Services team are looking to grow by recruiting a Client Services Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with high end clients and is looking to build ongoing strong relationships. It's a fantastic opportunity to build your experience in a fast-paced environment working with a team of creative, knowledgeable and supportive individuals on a diverse range of projects for big-name clients.

Kineo is a global workplace learning company that helps businesses improve their performance through learning and technology. Located in the centre of Brighton, we provide best in class e-learning, learning portals, and Learning Management Systems (LMSs).

As a Client Services Manager, you’ll be the main day to day point of contact for our clients, ensuring a wide variety of requirements are understood and met to the highest standards.

You’ll be the primary representative of Kineo to clients in our Services team, and will enable clients to be successful in their own organisations via effective ongoing strategy, planning, and management. We strive to make heroes of our clients, and the Client Services Manager is pivotal in achieving this.

With responsibility for a variety of high profile client accounts, you’ll have accountability for client satisfaction, retention and profitability, as well as maintaining commercial awareness and a keen understanding of clients’ ongoing business needs.

 
Skills Range:

You must have an intelligent approach to identifying and solving problems, and you'll need to be able to work across different teams and stakeholders. You must have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise.

 
Person Specification:

You'll need to be able to demonstrate experience managing a range of client relationships, ideally "blue chip". You'll also need experience within a digital industry, or knowledge and understanding of the web app/technology landscape. You must have good commercial awareness, and proven relationship management skills - including negotiation, managing expectations, and influencing at all levels.
