With established offices in Sheffield and Warwick, we are currently looking to recruit an Account Executive to add to our ever-expanding office based in Burgess Hill.

Job Description:

Following extensive Client Services growth over the past 12months, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Digital Account Executive role in our growing Burgess Hill office located minutes off the M23 and 10 minutes walk from Burgess Hill train station. 

Reporting to their Account Manager and to the Head of Operations, the Account Executive is responsible for supporting and assisting the Account Manager in the management of client accounts, and continuing the high levels of service our clients have come to expect.

It's an exciting and engaging role,offering ample opportunity to build knowledge in most of the key areas of digital marketing, as well as interacting directly with a wide range of businesses, suppliers and clients.

The ideal candidate will be articulate and highly organised, have a great eye for detail with excellent MS Office Skills.

Skills Range:

• Responsible for communications with their clients via telephone and e-mail
• Preparation of presentation material for your account manager prior to the meeting
• Provide regular performance analysis of Internet Marketing and make further recommendations
• Be the conduit between the client and Bluesky Interactive Team, providing strong team representation and exceeding client expectations at every opportunity
• Have a clear understanding of Bluesky Interactive’s capabilities and services and communicate all offerings to clients effectively
• Liaise with the creative department to meet the needs of the client within company procedure

Person Profile:
• Confident, positive and friendly
• An excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator
• Be highly organised
• Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Salary Up to £22,000 DOE

22 Days Annual Leave

Job Type: Full-time (9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri)
