Madison Solutions are a rapidly expanding digital agency.

We're a relatively young and sociable team. It's a friendly office but we are all passionate about getting the best results for our clients.

Over the past 10 years, we've worked with an interesting range of clients; building sites for airlines, high street banks, music festivals and international retailers but we also offer entry level websites aimed at local businesses.

Alongside web development, we also offer a range of digital marketing services. This area of the business has been steadily growing and we are now looking for another full time digital marketing executive to join the team.

Job Description:

This is an exciting role within the company. You will be responsible for leading and growing some of our digital marketing projects; taking a proactive approach to ensuring their success.

Your will have a number of responsibilities within the business:

  • To manage digital marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients, including SEO, PPC, email and social. You will take a holistic approach, identifying and utilising whatever channels will deliver best ROI for any one client.
  • To apply this same approach to our own brand’s digital marketing.
  • To ensure that our developers are building websites that are by their nature, well optimised for search engines.
  • To innovate and advise the management team on ways to better monetise our digital marketing services.

You will be able to draw on the support of the design and development team.

We consider this to be a vital new role within the business. Excel in this position and we would ideally look to offer shares and a directorship in the medium to long term.

 
Skills Range:

You must:

  • Have a rigorously demonstrable track record managing SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Possess a thorough working knowledge of current SEO best practices.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Google Ads, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Understand how to effectively use social media for both B2B and B2C, for branding, driving traffic and engaging with new clients.
  • Have a good understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Have an intimate knowledge of Google Analytics and know how to interpret the statistics.
  • Be a good communicator, capable of presenting your work to end clients and other non-technical people.
 
Person Specification:

We are a relatively small team (15 people now) so you will take a hands on approach to content creation. To this end, you will be a creative thinker, with good research and good copywriting skills would be an advantage but not essential.

The ideal candidate will also have a good eye for design and some experience with photoshop. This is preferred but non-essential as there are other designers in the team.

As your projects grow you will focus less on content creation and more on management and strategy, with increasing opportunities for delegation.
