Job Description:

We are seeking a talented digital designer who can also turn their hand to design-for-print when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual to join our busy, but friendly in-house design/marketing team here at Boundless.

We deal with a large number of varied and challenging projects and campaigns, all of which are designed to support and promote our exciting brand both off and online. You will be working in a collaborative environment with a buzzy team culture and it is crucial that you have experience dealing with a wide range of projects and relationship levels.

Creative projects will range from marketing collateral (including branding, logos, social media design, conference materials, photography, emails and front-end designs for digital platforms) to (story boarding, animation and motion/video work).

The position is suited to a designer with a passion for both digital media and print, but with a strong emphasis on digital (probably an 80% digital / 20% print split), someone who is keen to work in a dynamic and vibrant business with a can-do attitude and isobsessed with creating clever and beautiful designs that deliver results and will have a hunger to learn as much as they can. Your aim will be to increase user engagement and member acquisition through brilliantly executed design channels.

You will be involved at all stages of the design process in both digital and print mediums and actively contribute to creative brainstorms with new design ideas. You will take responsibility for multiple tasks, projects and priorities to ensure they are all delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Skills Range:

You should have at least three year’s worth of experience with a creative agency where you have worked within a team environment working from live briefs and contributing towards digital campaigns and creative solutions.
