Job Description:


LTG’s Marketing Assistant supports the Group’s strategy to coordinate effective events for lead generation and conversion.


This role's main responsibility is to support LTG’s Events Manager in the planning, execution and measurement of successful on and offline events across the entire LTG group.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Assisting and supporting the Events Manager with the preparation, execution and measurement of all events across the Group
  • Arranging accommodation/transportation for global events inline with the budget set by Events Manager
  • Own a Marketing collateral inventory and keep up to date for all brands
  • Maintenance of event website pages
  • Maintain the Group’s events calendars
  • Research and maintain an industry events calendar
  • Research suppliers and procure promotional items for events
  • Scope suitable venues in line with event brief as set by Events Manager and keep an up to date venue inventory
  • Administration support in the creation of powerpoint presentations for event speaking opportunities
  • Maintain the Group’s speaking submission process
  • Arrange transportation of collateral and promotional items to global events
  • Research webinar themes
  • Compile feedback from event participants and analyse responses
  • Prepare all required administrative reports and distribute to Events Manager in a timely manner
  • Help out with event and logistic briefings when necessary
  • Attend necessary kick-off and debrief meetings arranged by the Head of Marketing and Events Manager
  • Ad-Hoc logistics as necessary that are set by the Events Manager
  • Prepare and present scoping findings for a range of events across the Group

  • Experience in an administrative role
