Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Events Manager who is seeking a rewarding role in our successful organisation where Events are central to our thought leadership approach. We are also open to discussing the possibility of this role being done on a 4 days a week/reduced hours basis.

You will have strong experience of value driven events co-ordination, and have the ability to thrive in and enjoy a busy and forward thinking environment.

These events can be up to 350 delegates across multiple days or short 1 day forums; there is a lot of variety.

Person Specification:

Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, you will be highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic. Responsible for all the logistical elements such as venue sourcing and management, materials collation, delegate management and acting as the onsite leader, you will create memorable events that meet intended goals and expectations, and have the skill to review and research how we can continue to add value to our Events.

Clearly we are looking for someone who loves Event planning, and you will have a corporate background and a clear portfolio of previously managed events that we look forward to talking to you about.
