Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Account Management team as E-Commerce Account Executive for Amazon.

Sales and/or online marketing experience with Amazon is required, along with an interest in the product field. Excellent interpersonal skills and the enthusiasm to learn and develop is key. There is the opportunity to really make your mark with this role as this is a new position for the business.

There will also an opportunity to use this role as a platform for further account management role development as the business is expanding in this area.

Tisserand is our leading brand, alongside a wide portfolio of other natural health and lifestyle products. You will be expected to demonstrate passion and exceptional product knowledge of all our brands. Full product training will be provided so whilst beauty/wellbeing experience is preferred, it is not essential.

This position reports to the Head of Sales.

The role will require an individual with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a confident and personable approach to building relationships and effectively managing ever changing workloads.

Fluency in other languages – French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Motivated, proactive and passionate approach to work and problem solving, and ability to prioritise tasks.

Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, and ability to interact at any level within an organisation.

Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, and work independently or within a team.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Competent in Microsoft Office – notably Excel, Word & PowerPointStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.

 
Person Specification:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Full responsibility for account management of our Amazon business – covering UK, Europe and USA to include completion of new line forms, ongoing maintenance and promotional activity.

Drive sales performance, market share and brand representation/discoverability on Amazon sites globally.

Accountability for understanding Amazon’s strategies, operations and shoppers in order to create and execute effective strategies and plans.

Responsible for creation and execution of annual joint business plan.

Work with Head of Sales to negotiate all trade terms/contracts for Amazon both in the UK and internationally.

Regular review of sales data, sharing and translating category insights into actionable plans.

Addressing all retailer specific requests/requirements.

Achieve sales targets and business KPIs set for Amazon.

Constant dialogue with in house brand website team to ensure synergy across our brands at all times.

Ensure Amazon website content is relevant and up-to-date
