KS Distribution represents a select group of high quality portable audio brands with sales channels including Consumer Electronics, Pro Audio, Hi-Fi and our own e-commerce retail platforms.

Job Description:

A position for E-Commerce Administrator has become available to manage sales via our e-commerce retail platforms, which include www.hifiheadphones.co.uk (Magento), soundspares.com (Shopify) and soundmagicheadphones.com (Shopfiy) as well as Amazon Marketplace and eBay. We are looking to recruit a highly organized person to sit within the Sales & Marketing team.

As E-Commerce Administrator your role will be to ensure the smooth running of all online sales channels. You will be responsible for managing product listings, stock availability, pricing and working together with the creative marketing team on promotional activities and website development projects.

The role is at our UK headquarters in Shoreham-by-Sea reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Skills Range:
  • Managing the listing of new products on all e-commerce sales channels and maintaining existing listings.
  • Working with internal copy writer to ensure high quality, SEO friendly product listings.
  • Competitive price monitoring and reacting rapidly to market changes.
  • Working with Operations team to analyse run rates and ensure stock available to satisfy demand.
  • Analyse aged stock and work with creative marketing to develop promotions to clear through slow moving lines.
  • Maintain focus on profitable sales via analysis of sales data.
  • Spot opportunities in the marketplace and work with Operations team to bring in stock to satisfy demand.
  • Plan and develop sales and marketing promotions via email, Youtube videos, blog posts, social, etc. together with internal creative marketing and product specialists.
  • Working together with creative marketing on website development projects, including site refresh work, additional functionality development and platform updates.
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience with managing online sales channels including Amazon and eBay, with Magento and/or Shopify experience desirable.
  • Ideally with multi-channel e-commerce experience using tools like Linnworks to manage listings across all channels.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and experience improving conversion rates and user experience.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to take responsibility and react quickly to changing market situation.
  • Ability to work well in a team and be an excellent communicator.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, e.g. pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS. Some understanding of PHP is desirable.
