This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paid media guru to support the customer acquisition strategy for Pura Aventura.

There is a good mix of strategy and hands-on campaign management. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and analysing campaigns across ppc and paid social channels (including international markets) to ensure the required business targets are met.

  • Managing budgets to hit goal and RoaS targets.
  • Campaign and landing page testing and optimisation.

  • 2+ years’ experience managing paid media client-side or agency-side, with a sales-driven E-commerce retailer or lead-generating business.
  • Experience in managing and actively running paid search campaigns across major sales networks.
  • Commercially-minded with strong focus on performance and a proven ability to deliver growth.
  • Track record of managing budgets to achieve channel revenue and RoaS KPIs.

  • Proficient Google Analytics user and strong Excel skills.

  • Hardworking, flexible attitude with a drive, ambition and a desire for continuous learning.

Ultimately, you will have a 'sixth sense' for ppc metrics and trends.

More important than travel industry experience are key characteristics and skills: the right candidate must be articulate, a creative and confident copywriter, scrupulously attentive to detail, a quick learner and a confident people person and communicator.

Proven ability to see a project through methodically from start to finish, as well as being comfortable with taking ownership and your own initiative, as the Marketing Director works in the office on a part time basis and the Digital Marketing Manager works from Paris.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
