Job Description:

We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team. You will be working with your small team and the whole business internationally to: -

  • Lead the execution of the People Management (HR) Strategy
  • Manage all aspects of HR (resourcing, organisational design, reward, employee relations, learning and development) along with office management and health & safety
  • Continue the team's great work to maintain high employee engagement and win awards whilst implementing change and new ideas to create a high performing culture that embraces change as the company grows

Skills Range:
  • CIPD qualified
  • Worked in a Senior HR role
  •  Experience at a digital/ technology company with a strong understanding of technology culture would be preferable
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
  • International experience (especially North America) is desirable
