Job Description:

We are looking for a full time Insights Analyst to join our UK team, based in Brighton, to help our clients use the power of data and insights to inform strategy, monitor progress and measure the success of client business initiatives

 
Skills Range:

The Insights Analyst will:
● Handle the development, execution and delivery of insights projects, ensuring delivery is on time and on target.
● Have and apply an in-depth understanding of insight tools and research methods.
● Help develop new methodologies, partners and tools to deliver research capabilities.
● Work with the team on commercial strategies, packages, marketing, etc. to promote Good Rebels’ insights services.
● Produce high quality written and presentational deliverables. Collaborate and review deliverables for substance, accuracy, spelling / grammar and provide constructive feedback.
● Represent Good Rebels in client-facing meetings and present to internal and external audiences.
● Travel when required to internal and external meetings, including some travel outside of standard office hours (<20%).
● Stay up to date on insights trends and tools, and relevant consumer and marketing trends.

 
Person Specification:
  • Commercial research experience, preferably with exposure to digital consumer insights and social listening and conversation analysis.
    Technical aptitude for learning new software platforms and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Excellent business writing and in-person communication skills, the ability to tell stories using data and make insights actionable.
  • Likely to have 5-10 years of commercial research, analysis and insight reporting experience 
  • Familiarity with Brandwatch, Affinio, Global Web Index, BInfluencer, Fanpage Karma, Conversocial, Semrush, SocialBakers, Tableau and similar software is a strong advantage.
  • Multilingual skills (in particular, Spanish) would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience of the following sectors would valuable: healthcare, automotive, financial services, charity.
