Alongside our start up investments, we partner with some fantastic companies and have worked with global brands, international banks and even a few wildlife and historical trusts. Job Description:

MOHARA has a fantastic opportunity for a creative & detail-oriented Junior Account Manager looking to expand their understanding of the digital industry in a fast paced, hands-on role. You’ll be a key part of our account management team in the UK, where you’ll have the opportunity to help to provide smart, effective support for new and repeat clients/founders and the senior management team.

As a Junior Account Manager you will gain a deep understanding of MOHARA’s unique suite of services, business model and our technical & operational capabilities. You’ll learn how we can create great solutions for our start-ups and partners alike as well as build the skills to turn this into long lasting relationships. You'll work closely with teams across our Account Management and Manufacturing functions, including our engineering team in Bangkok. You'll also be supporting the senior management team in the UK.

Skills Range:

You will be responsible for:

· Overall client satisfaction – ensuring their needs are met, communicating project progress and measuring progress to proactively address issues and develop solutions.

· Working closely with and supporting the senior management team. Assisting with target client identification, research, pipeline management, support of outbound messaging and lead generation.

What you will learn:

· To develop digital proposals that are aligned with the clients/founders objectives and budgets.

· How a technology business works, how startups work, how small business works. Exposure to funding, entrepreneurship, account management, process design, engineering, UX/UI, senior management leadership.
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for candidates to display:

· Either recently attained or working towards a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Advertising or Business preferred

· An active interest in the digital sphere, start-ups, entrepreneurship

· An exceptional eye for detail, ability to problem solve and given the fast paced nature of our business, the ability to work across multiple projects

· Show a passion for customer focus and with the role being client facing we are looking for excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· An organised approach and a real team player

· Some work experience - whether through placement years, internships or university. We will also make sure you’re well rewarded. We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to join MOHARA’s investment equity pool.
