Job Description:

In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position will enable you to travel to various parts of the UK and other countries to build, maintain and research current and prospective customers.

If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will have a working knowledge of and interest in technological developments in line with audio content production, distribution and monetisation.

Ultimately, a successful Account Manager within SharpStream needs to maintain strong customer relationships, be aware of changing needs and requirements, have the ability to identify less than obvious sales opportunities and the drive to succeed within a relatively small team.

Skills Range:
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Knowledge of delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Person Specification:

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of global customers, develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities. The Account Manager will work closely with the Operations team to ensure that customers needs are identified and actioned as quickly as possible. The Account Manager will report to the Business Development Manager.
