Job Description:

We have an exciting new opportunity to fulfil a Junior Project Manager role. You may be a graduate student or someone who wants to start their Project Manager career.

You will be responsible for organizing, planning and co-ordinating the delivery of installation, onboarding and upgrade requests. As you progress in this role, you will be able to take on custom software development projects, experiencing the software development project cycle in full.
You will be following project processes under the supervision of experienced project managers and you will be working with developers, testers and support professionals to deliver the changes required. As such, we are looking for a communicative and confident individual who is organized and has a sharp eye for detail.

 
Skills Range:
  • Software and/or Services education and background
  • Awareness of project processes and terminology, such as planning, risk / issue management and lessons learnt
  • Experience of working for an IT solution provider would be ideal
  • Experience of producing project documentation
  • This is an externally facing role so excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Experience of working for a software company in an Agile environment
  • Ability to act as a main point of contact with a diverse client base, you must be confident with client communications in general
  • Complete familiarity with all common office software apps for reporting (Excel, etc)
  • Ability to analyse business requirements is desirable but not a must
  • Formal project management qualification, e.g Prince2 is desirable but not a must

  • Oversee, manage and deliver onboarding, upgrades and change requests within agreed time and scope
  • Effective client communication
  • Defining work-loads, risks and time scales
  • Planning and scheduling of resources
  • Manage and monitor the cross-functional project teams

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 PA depending experience
Attendance: Full-Time
