Our team, consisting of accredited accountants, account managers, developers and designers, is based next to Preston Park, Brighton.

Job Description:

Purpose:
As the Campaign Manager at Crunch you will be responsible for Marketing campaign planning and management within Crunch across our lead generation, growth and channel streams, in order to meet revenue targets in line with company goals. As Campaign Manager you will devise and shape Marketing plans to be delivered by a team of direct reports and/or external agencies.
About the role:

• Devise integrated Marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring, retaining or up/cross selling customers.
• Manage the concept, implementation, tracking and measurement of Marketing campaigns. Put in place early interventions to ensure progress is on track and meeting expectations of stakeholders.
• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external resources, including Design, Development and Content team colleagues, as well as external agencies.
• Work within a budget and report upon spend and Return On Investment (ROI).
• Ensure that the Crunch brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of established KPI’s.
• Maintain regular measurement of the overall success and ROI of campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy of Marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
• Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the tracking and evaluation of existing campaigns, to ensure the appropriate target groups are selected and targeted.
• Create and manage events plans and track budget spend.
• Take responsibility for the organisation of any trade shows or exhibition.
• Keep up to date with trends and developments in marketing to ensure we retain our competitive edge.
• Team management of 4 direct line reports, setting parameters and targets and facilitating regular updates.
• Deputise for the Head of Marketing and Growth as and when required and have the gravitas and credibility to do so, to ensure the smooth running of the department.

 
Skills Range:

About you:

• Degree-level qualification in a Marketing or Communications related discipline.
• At least five years’ experience in a similar or related role.
• Line management experience required.
• Resource planning and budgetary control experience required.
• Previous experience of influencing Marketing, PR and Communications strategies.
• Awareness of and proficiency in marketing automation or CMS systems.
• Proven ability to build enduring relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and other third parties.
• Accustomed to regular contact with colleagues up to Director level to promote aspects of the Marketing strategy and guide the management of campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience of data analysis using the latest techniques and systems and advanced user of software packages such as Microsoft and Google applications.
