Job Description:

An innovative retail technology provider based in Brighton is looking for a dynamic proactive business assistant to support the sales operation and the wider team. You will need to be able to pick up new tasks very quickly as your role will combine different elements. These will include sales support, client services support, marketing management as well as administrative duties such as organising travel, expenses and maintaining office supplies.
This growing company is filled with friendly outgoing personalities where building relationships is paramount. The successful candidate should have retail sales experience, be customer focused, confident, articulate and with attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is passionate about helping bricks and mortar retailers succeed.
No two days are the same here so the ideal person will be flexible and adaptable, show initiative and be prepared to be involved with a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities;
 Creating and following up new business opportunities (Email, Telephone, Social Media Messaging)
 Researching potential prospects
 Maintaining/managing list of contacts within the CRM database
 Learning about PR, Inbound campaigns and content creation in order to support 3rd party marketing company
 Planning events and assisting with direct marketing campaigns
 Help planning of prospect and client meetings
 Maintaining office supplies
 Booking company travel
 Submitting monthly expenses

 
Skills Range:

Key Skills/Experience desired;
 Retail sales preferred
 Excellent communication skills and comfortable developing qualified leads by phone.
 Analytically minded
 Teamwork
 Drive and determination /high energy
 Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
 Experience of working in a customer facing environment
 Keen interest in technology
 Keen interest in social media (LinkedIn, Twitter)

Salary: 22000 - 29000 DOE plus benefits package
Attendance: Full-Time
