Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced new business sales consultant to join an exciting, high performing sales team at Kineo - our global, industry-leading, learning technologies business!

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of new business generation. As New Business Solutions Consultant, you’ll hold a crucial front-line position at Kineo. You’ll identify new leads and convert customer interest into tangible opportunities. You should be self-led, can do, a great team player, passionate about learning and technology and love working with a wide variety of people and businesses.

Your expertise will help our customers choose Kineo to meet their learning requirements, improving their people and business performance, to contribute to our business success and wider Group purpose.

About the job

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and utilise new business strategies to create relevant sales opportunities for Kineo UK / EMEA
  • Identify and consultatively sell Kineo solutions to prospective clients
  • Work across Kineo’s full range of learning technology and related solutions
  • Support proposal development and pitching solutions to clients
  • Represent Kineo clients within our business and Kineo to our clients, maintaining a focus on excellent customer service whilst being mindful of the needs of our business
  • Meet agreed sales targets and other key performance indicators.
Skills Range:

Your application will need to demonstrate:

  • Breadth and depth in your knowledge of different forms of digital / elearning solutions and Learning Management Systems, gained from a Sales or Production role
  • Proven experience and enthusiasm for making new business contacts using all available channels - including telephone, email and social media including LinkedIn
  • Corporate relationship management and development skills, which will extend through to senior stakeholders
  • The enthusiasm, flexibility and dynamism required to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business, working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • The ability to write compelling proposals, present ideas to clients, and deliver exciting sales presentations
  • The ability to run marketing and networking activities, including seminars and workshops.
Person Specification:
  • Excellent communication skills – capable of explaining the rationale of decisions to clients, communicating progress and updates to clients and colleagues, and communicating client requirements and proposal solutions to colleagues
  • Great team working skills and the ability to drive and support both personal and team performance.
