Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager/Executive Assistant to run the show for us. This is a brand new, much needed position, so the ideal candidate will need to have experience of setting things up from scratch and creating an efficient, highly supportive working environment for our Brighton Futrli team. It’s a fast paced role, involving all the usual aspects of Office Management (building maintenance, company insurance, building lease arrangements, booking travel, ensuring the space is inviting and well stocked of all our essentials etc) and alongside that you will act as an Executive Assistant for the Chief team. Plus you’ll be arranging company events and socials! Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will get the support you need but this role will be highly autonomous.

About You

Our ideal person, will have loads of enthusiasm and initiative with great rapport building skills. You’ll need to have a ‘can do’ attitude, superb time management and organisational ability. Experience of managing office moves end-to-end would be positively looked upon as we’re a rapidly growing company. There’s a lot to do so someone with the experience and willingness to achieve big things will be a great fit.
