Job Description:

About the role:
As our Partnership and Marketing Campaign Executive you will be responsible for coordinating online and offline marketing campaigns that support the overall marketing plan. We are looking for an all-rounder across a wide range of marketing disciplines and in return we are offering a unique and exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping, building and executing a new affiliate marketing programme.

Role responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for all elements of marketing campaigns including advertising, events, collateral, email and web content.
• Deliver a calendar of customer email campaigns with input from Marketing, Content, Client Services and Accounting teams.
• Oversee the day to day running of the affiliate programme, manage relationships with affiliate partners and ensure they are aware of upcoming promotions and new launches.
• Ensure that all communications are closely aligned to brand guidelines and the content management structure managed by the Content Strategy Manager.
• Monitor campaign timelines, track progress, flag delays and problem solve to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare reports and share results and detailed analysis on campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain a competitor analysis process.
• Pick up responsibilities of other Marketing team members in their absence or as required by the Marketing leadership team.

Person Specification:

Skills and Experience
• Degree-level or similar qualification in a Marketing related discipline is preferred.
• Proven track record of implementing campaigns in a marketing coordinator/executive role.
• Experience executing automated email marketing campaigns using a software platform.
• Demonstrable ability to prioritise a varied workload with multiple long and short-term deadlines, contributing to large multi-team projects.
• Excellent IT literacy and knowledge of Google Analytics and other Google products, Microsoft Office and CRM software is required, as is the ability to derive insight from data.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
