Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who wants to take their first steps into a project support role to help deliver first-class e-learning courseware to our high-quality standards and on time and budget.

Your primary focus will be supporting the courseware team in the efficient development and delivery of varied e-learning courses from the hand-over into the team to the release into our customer environments and beyond.

You will produce and update basic project documentation to company standards, ensure the project scope is properly documented and monitor the project’s activities to ensure development and testing are kept on track, working closely with the internal team, external and internal customers and contractors.
You will ensure that all deliverables are signed-off by the relevant stakeholders and take care of all administrative tasks throughout the release process.

Post go-live, you will collaborate with the helpdesk to ensure bug fixes are understood and prioritised and review customer feedback, comments and suggestions and log these for review to improve existing processes and content.

Over time, there is an expectation that you will have a wider role assisting with the Quality Assurance of the courseware before and after release, ensuring that Me Learning’s quality standards are always met.


Key role responsibilities

  • Support bespoke customer and “off-the-shelf” development projects, working with internal and external stakeholders, teams and contractors and ensure timely and quality communication to all parties
  • Schedule, attend and minute project meetings
  • Produce, update and distribute basic project documentation (such as project plans, checkpoint reports and project initiation documents based on company templates)
  • Keep track of and co-ordinate all activities within the development lifecycle
  • Liaise with the helpdesk to understand the severity and urgency of required bug fixes and ensure that these are prioritised, implemented and communicated
  • Monitor and log customer feedback, comments and suggestions for review by the product board
  • Complete administrative tasks to ensure required processes before and after course releases are followed

• Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Power Point

Desirable skills

• Experience of working closely with customers and/or internal stakeholders
• Ability to suggest improvements to mature departmental development processes
• Understanding of the e-learning industry or the software development lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of project management principles
