Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and passionate Project Manager to join our team in our Brighton Office.

The Project Manager’s main purpose is to coordinate the production team, creating interactive content and developing learning systems that meet our client’s requirements, exceed their expectations and is delivered to schedule and budget.

You will be working for a market-leading global organisation, which is fast growing in the learning technologies sector. LEO is part of Learning Technologies Group plc’s award-winning group of specialist learning technology businesses.

Skills Range:

The required skills and experience for this role are:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within a digital agency, web production or similar industry
  • Able to establish strong working relationships with clients, gaining acceptance to proposals and changes
  • Experience of managing projects from initial specification through to completion
  • Ability to ensure effective communication within the team
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, deliverables, and risks against the critical path ensuring quality processes are followed
  • Experience guiding, supporting, and advising clients on the benefits and implications of proposed solutions
  • Experience of managing multiple priorities, projects, and relationships
  • A desire to mentor colleagues and share knowledge and best practice
  • A passion for learning and technology
  • A willingness/ability to travel for business

Ideally you will also have:

  • E-Learning industry experience is preferred but not essential
