Job Description:

Kineo, part of the City and Guilds group, have a great opportunity for an administrator to join the creative and dynamic world of learning technology sales. You will work alongside our UK sales team, supporting the team through managing incoming client leads, supporting the creation of proposals and presentations, organising meetings, maintaining our intranet and more.

Working with an amazing range of top brands, you will join a vibrant and creative team, focused on creating top quality online content and learning platform solutions for our customers.

Skills Range:

It would be great if your experience came from the learning technology industry or another digital industry. Experience of working in an office-based commercial environment where the organisation provides services to third party clients would be useful as well. Your experience should also include the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Person Specification:

You'll need to be highly organised, self-motivated and can-do, with the ability to work under own initiative. You'll need strong attention to detail and you must be enthusiastic, flexible and dynamic. You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Finally, you must have strong communication and team working skills.
