The Radar One Media Ltd are looking for the best of the best to join our fast growing, digital and technology events business. We are a trusted advisor to tier one and mid-tier technology clients wishing to increase their revenue in the disruptive technology space.

With growth predictions within the global emerging and disruptive tech market offering up staggering forecasts, we have the sales persons dream of a unique solution to help and support our clients to drive ROI through our events, insights and digital offerings:

• Increase their credibility through thought leadership
• Drive brand awareness and visibility with our content platform
• Connect to CxO level clients who are looking to spend in disruptive and emerging technologies
• Increase pipeline with our social selling and lead generation platform

Based in the vibrant city of Brighton, we’re looking for motivated, intelligent and ambitious sales individuals that want to join us in our mission to change the face of technology events.

We’ve got aggressive growth targets and we’re happy to admit it - now we’re looking for the top 10% of sales people to help us achieve them. It’ll be one hell of a rollercoaster, but the rewards for those that join us on this journey are significant.

Skills Range:

• Ability to learn quickly
• Self-motivating
• High level of IT skills, use of CRM solutions and web presentation applications
• Ability to sell to senior positions to both tier 1 and mid-tier global technology vendors
• Coachable - commitment to continuous improvement and learning
• Familiarity with ROI selling
• Evidence of strong consultative selling, involving complex sales processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on persuasion and influence
• Initiative, proactive, tenacious, determined
• Ability to manage time, prioritise workload and meet multiple deadlines
• Passion in what you do, ambitious to succeed

 
Person Specification:

• Sit in the top 10% of sales performers in your existing role
• B2B sales to senior positions with clear upward trajectory – minimum three years’ experience
• Documented success of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
• Proven consultative, solution-based sales methodology
• Exhibition and event sales experience (preferred) OR
• Technology product selling (advantageous) OR
• Technology event background (advantageous)

• Realistic OTE £70k
• Uncapped commission
