Job Description:

Are you an enthusiastic, driven and versatile B2B marketer who'd thrive in a modern, high-growth environment?

We're looking for a highly organised, well rounded and driven individual to join our marketing team to focus on customer marketing at this exciting stage of our growth.

Reporting to the head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the coordination of customer communications across teams to ensure the best customer experience
  • Increasing the number of customer marketing leads through smart promotion of professional services, upgrades and products, in order to meet our expansion pipeline targets
  • Generating customer reviews, feedback and word of mouth referrals
  • Delivering on the customer marketing strategy, and ultimately develop and improve this
  • Developing and managing communications plans for product updates/releases
  • Creating content for customer communications in collaboration with the Customer Success team, including emails, on-site content, in-app content, adverts, ROI calculators etc
  • Producing detailed customer stories that demonstrate clear ROI
  • Planning, promotion and delivery of Elucidat's face to face events, and online events/webinars
Skills Range:
  • At least 3 years working in a B2B Marketing/Communications role
  • Significant involvement in customer marketing and/or product marketing
  • Excellent writer and communicator
  • Planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns with particular expertise in email marketing
  • Experience producing customer stories that demonstrate a clear ROI
  • Experience managing both on and offline events and conferences, including planning, logistics, on the day management and follow up
  • Working on cross-team projects, ideally with customer success and product teams
  • Management of multiple projects, each with different stakeholders and inputs required
  • Experience working in a modern, fast growing business, ideally in the elearning and/or SaaS industry
Person Specification:
  • Passionate about the customer - you’ll need to care about our customers and helping them to get value from our products and services
  • Great relationship builder and collaborator - you will need to work closely with other teams (Customer Success, Product, Support and Professional Services) to successfully coordinate customer communications
  • Excellent written communicator - you’ll need to be able to put together engaging copy for customer communications that drives action and engagement
  • Super organised - you’ll need to be able to juggle multiple, complex projects and stakeholders
  • Great time management - will need to be able to meet fixed deadlines, e.g. around events and product releases
  • Comfortable with change and a fast moving environment - we’re growing fast so you’ll need to be able to think on your feet and thrive in this environment
  • Take ownership - you’ll be expected to take responsibility for your area of responsibility and your objectives and key results, standing on your own two feet and collaborating when necessary.
