Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to launch a new product to market for an experienced Marketing Manager. We’re looking for a hard-working, experienced B2B sales-focused marketer, with an entrepreneurial drive to lead the launch and on-going promotion of a brand-new software product.
Madgex are experts in career technology & the monetization of online audiences. Our core product is a highly sophisticated, enterprise level job board platform which helps unlock the value of clients’ professional audiences. Working with over 500 brands including the Washington Post, The Guardian, Gumtree and Haymarket, we have fantastic technology used by clients in 10 languages and 14 countries. We are always innovating and looking for new opportunities to drive growth and support our clients. This new opportunity is part of that drive to move forward with new products and services.
Part of our close-knit innovation team, you’ll be joining a fast paced, energetic working environment and should be driven, organised, creative and keen to get stuck in. You’ll be integral to the brand creation, the product propositioning and the website build. You will work with the Head of Marketing to devise the go-to-market strategy and implement effective campaigns to drive lead generation and achieve revenue targets.

Skills Range:

From an experience point of view, our ideal candidate will:
• Have experience marketing digital or online products and services (ideally SaaS products) to a B2B audience
• Ideally have experience launching new products and honing product propositions
• Have solid experience with the inbound marketing methodology and attracting leads through targeted content
• Thrive on designing and delivering multi-faceted marketing campaigns with tight deadlines to deliver tangible results and exceed revenue targets
• Have experience using a CRM (ideally Salesforce) and marketing automation software such as Hubspot
• Be sales-focused and demonstrate experience measuring results with funnel analytics
• Have great copywriting skills and can demonstrate effective, optimized content creation that has achieved high engagement
• Have experience coordinating trade show exhibiting and ensuring the smooth, effective running of events that achieve maximum return on investment
• Have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail
• Be analytical and data-driven
• Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be open to new challenges
• Be educated to degree level (ideally in a business or marketing related subject)
