Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE:


The purpose of the role is continuously to grow the sales revenue for Sign & Digital UK from your
assigned client territory and to exceed sales targets for stand and sponsorship sales from re-
bookings, win-backs and new business.


JOB SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with new and
existing clients to deliver their long-term business objectives and maximise sales revenue for Sign &
Digital UK. Reporting into the sales manager, you are required to meet and exceed your personal targets by applying a solution led sales approach that results in high value deals.

 

KEY SUCCESS CRITERIA:
1. Achievement of personal sales targets
2. Developing and managing new and existing client base within the market sector
3. Acquisition and retention of clients
4. Strong face to face and telephone sales ability
5. Consistently meet targets for face to face and telephone client contact


KEY ACTIVITIES:
1. Develop, manage and implement a sales plan (with the sales manager) that ensures effective
coverage of market sector clients and prospects
2. Introduce new clients to the Sign & Digital UK portfolio.
3. Achieve specific show targets
4. Identify opportunities for revenue growth within managed market sector
5. Work collaboratively with other members of the Sign & Digital UK team to grow new and
existing business.
6. Clearly communicate key deliverables for complex multi-platform sales and ensure effective
delivery by working with relevant team members
7. Communicate proactively with the Sign & Digital UK team including management, sales,
marketing and operations
8. Deliver accurate and timely sales administration and weekly reporting, keeping effective and
up to date records on Salesforce as well as forecasting when required.
9. Meet company standards on sales as required from time to time
10. Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager, Sales Director and Portfolio Director to achieve the growth, revenue and operating profits of the brand
11. Development of market sector and product knowledge to required standard
12. Keep up to date with the competition
13. Other projects or tasks as necessary from time to time
