Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented e-commerce professional to lead the development of our four websites delivering an excellent customer experience whilst constantly improving their performance.

As Senior Web Product Owner you will take responsibility for the day to day operation and long-term development of our lead generation focussed websites. You will be responsible for implementing an effective structure to the sites, ensuring that all relevant promotional content is on the site and that customers receive an exceptional experience, no matter where they are in their journey. You will be responsible for the constant optimisation of the sites to deliver our defined business outcomes through collaboration with our Analysis, UX design and IT delivery teams. You will work closely with our PPC and SEO teams ensuring that the site is built and holds the correct content to optimise SEO and will build appropriate, optimised journeys to ensure best conversion of visitor to targeted outcomes. You will take responsibility of defining processes to allow you to meet the business objectives.

Skills Range:
  • Proven commercial and technical experience working for large B2C or B2B websites, working in multi-disciplinary teams (preferably in travel)
  • Extremely strong decision making and ownership taking skills
  • Strong analytical skills and naturally inquisitive about customer behaviour
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. Drupal/Sitecore/Hybris) an advantage
  • Experience of consistently driving e-commerce best practice
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of disciplines including conversion optimisation, web analytics, user experience, online marketing, web project management
  • Knowledge of A/B & MVT testing and content personalisation and relevant tool experience
  • Stakeholder management
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task
  • Delivery to time, budget and quality expectation, across multiple initiatives simultaneously
