Job Description:

We are looking to appoint a Service Desk Assistant to assist with supporting our users and to learn our business as it expands and grows into the future. The position sits within the Operations Team and reports to the Service Desk Manager

Your main tasks within the role will be:

• Providing first point of contact for customer support enquiries
• Live stream monitoring and archiving
• Audio and video encoding/transcoding using Adobe CC and open-source applications
• Assisting with the Service Desk email account
• Logging and managing of trouble tickets using our CRM
• Assisting members of the Technical Team as required

You will also be required to monitor the Service Desk email account, log trouble tickets and manage them through our customer relationship process and also assist clients on a day to day basis with any queries they may have.

This role could ideally suit someone new to the world of work who has a keen eye for detail and is interested in streaming software / audio visual equipment and would like to build a career within this field. This is a great opportunity to begin a career within a technical Service Desk environment.
