Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced strategist with a sharp mind, a bold approach and a true passion for turning data and insights into cross-channel communications programmes that genuinely change behaviour.

As one of the UK’s leading healthcare communications agencies our mission of ‘inspiring healthy decisions’ is centred on our ability to use our proprietary CHANGE planning model to deliver ‘best in class’ campaigns that change behaviour. As one of our resident strategists, your role will be to work with our integrated teams to develop evidence-based strategies in order to build more impactful, integrated programmes.

You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience of translating qualitative and quantitative research into high quality, evidence-based strategies
Previous experience of successfully collaborating to deliver integrated campaigns within an agency, ideally within the healthcare sector. Pharma experience would be preferred.
An excellent understanding of integrated marketing communications, across earned, owned and paid off and online channels
An ability to diagnose business challenges and an understanding of how communications can make a difference across a client’s business
Strong business and commercial acumen
An ability to ensure high standards of execution and quality control over a range of media channels
Experience of working across multiple accounts at once, whilst managing time well and working at pace
